Football Recap: Joliet West Has No Trouble Against Downers Grove North

Joliet West never let their opponents score on Monday. They strolled past the Downers Grove North Trojans with points to spare, taking the game 14-0. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Tigers.

Joliet West's victory bumped their record up to 6-3. As for Downers Grove North, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-4.

The two teams have allowed few points on average (the Tigers 11.3, the Spartans 13.3) so any points scored will be well earned. Meanwhile, Downers Grove North is set to square off against their familiar foe Hinsdale Central at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
