Volleyball Game Preview: Desert Hot Springs Golden Eagles vs. Indio Rajahs

The Desert Hot Springs Golden Eagles will take on the Indio Rajahs at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The two teams are strolling into their matchups after big wins in their previous games.

Desert Hot Springs had to skate by with only a one-set margin when they last took the court, which might have inspired the three-set drubbing they dealt Coachella Valley on Thursday. Desert Hot Springs blew past Coachella Valley 3-0. The Golden Eagles haven't had any issues with the Mighty Arabs recently, as the game was their third consecutive victory against them.

Desert Hot Springs never let Coachella Valley on the board, but things got pretty close in the first set. The match finished with set scores of 25-23, 25-19, 25-19.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Indio, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Tuesday. They were the clear victor by a 3-0 margin over Banning on Thursday.

The final score came out to 25-7, 25-13, 25-19.

Indio's win bumped their record up to 7-8. As for Desert Hot Springs, their victory bumped their record up to 3-4.
