Orcutt Academy extended their home winning streak to four games thanks to a huge performance from Charlie Stewart. Orcutt Academy was the clear victor by a 3-0 margin over the Templeton Eagles on Thursday for which the team can thank Stewart, who had 30 digs and two assists. He is on a roll when it comes to digs, as he's now had 13 or more in each of the last three games he's played.

While Orcutt Academy might've won, it sure wasn't easy: Templeton scored at least 20 points in every set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-20, 25-22, 28-26.

Orcutt Academy's victory bumped their record up to 16-2. As for Templeton, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-6.

Orcutt Academy didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-0 loss against Nipomo on the 25th. As for Templeton, they have also already played their next game, a 3-1 defeat against Santa Ynez on the 25th.
