Soccer Recap: Thursday's Victory Is Princeton's Third in Last Four Outings

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Woodrow Wilson, Princeton was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. Their defense stepped up to hand the PikeView Panthers a 1-0 shutout. Princeton's winning goal came courtesy of Jadyn Yahya.

Princeton has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a massive bump to their 3-3 record this season. As for PikeView, their loss was their third straight at home, which dropped their record down to 0-3.

Princeton didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next game, a 10-0 defeat against Greenbrier East on the 2nd. Hopefully PikeView paid attention to the Tigers' contest: the next time they hit the field, they'll take on the Tigers at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
