Basketball Game Preview: Sanger Indians vs. Panther Creek Panthers

The Sanger Indians will face off against the Panther Creek Panthers at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Keep an eye on the score for this one: the two teams posted some lofty point totals in their previous games.

Sanger will bounce into Friday's matchup after beating Aubrey, who they had gone 1-8 against in their nine prior meetings. Sanger had just enough and edged Aubrey out 58-56. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Indians.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Panther Creek). They put the hurt on Gainesville with a sharp 86-65 win on Tuesday. Winning may never get old, but the Panthers sure are getting used to it with their fifth in a row.

The dominant performance gave him a new career-high in points. Another player making a difference was SABIEN MCGRAW, who posted 18 points.

Panther Creek smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with ten offensive rebounds. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least eight offensive boards in seven consecutive games.
