Preview: Estelline/Hendricks vs. Langford Lions
Estelline/Hendricks will head out on the road to face off against the Langford Lions at 7:45 p.m. on Tuesday. Estelline/Hendricks will be strutting in after a win while Langford will be coming in after a defeat.
Estelline/Hendricks took care of business in their home opener on Saturday (and then some). They claimed a resounding 63-33 victory over Sioux Falls Lutheran at home.
Meanwhile, Langford had to hit the road for their first game and sadly it wasn't the result they were hoping for. They were dealt a 58-28 loss at the hands of Leola/Frederick on Saturday.
The losing side was boosted by Rennan Bruns, who scored 16 points.
Estelline/Hendricks' win bumped their record up to 1-0. As for Langford, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-1.
Everything came up roses for Estelline/Hendricks against Langford in their previous matchup back in February as the squad secured a 84-47 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for Estelline/Hendricks since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
