Basketball Recap: Monrovia Piles Up the Points Against Ganesha

Monrovia won the last time they faced Ganesha and things went their way on Wednesday too. The Wildcats took their matchup with ease, bagging a 90-43 victory over the Giants. The game was all but wrapped up at the end of the third, by which point the Wildcats had established a 32-point advantage.

Monrovia has started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it. Those wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they've averaged 88.5 points this season. As for Ganesha, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-2.

Coming up, Monrovia won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Norton Science & Language Academy at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Ganesha, they will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Garey at 5:00 p.m. on December 3.
