Football Game Preview: Shorecrest Scots vs. Edmonds-Woodway Warriors + How To Watch

Shorecrest is 1-9 against Edmonds-Woodway since October of 2015 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Friday. The Scots are taking a road trip to square off against the Warriors at 5:00 p.m. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Things were looking good for Shorecrest after they put the first points on the board on Friday, but unfortunately for them things went downhill from there. They fell 24-17 to Meadowdale. Scots fans who chose to attend the game sure picked the wrong one: it was the first time the team has lost against the Mavericks since Friday.

Meanwhile, Edmonds-Woodway didn't have quite enough to beat Sedro-Woolley on Thursday and fell 28-25. That's two games in a row now that the Warriors have lost by exactly three points.

Shorecrest will have to contain Zach Gizzi as he made an impact in Edmonds-Woodway's last game. He picked up 158 receiving yards and one TD.

Shorecrest now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Edmonds-Woodway, their loss dropped their record down to 3-2.

Shorecrest took a serious blow against Edmonds-Woodway in their previous matchup back in October of 2024, falling 42-14. Can the Scots avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
