Volleyball Recap: Windsor/Stewardson-Strasburg Takes a Loss

Windsor/Stewardson-Strasburg lost against St. Anthony last Tuesday and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. Windsor/Stewardson-Strasburg fell 2-0 to St. Anthony.

Mya Friese paced Windsor/Stewardson-Strasburg's offense, picking up ten kills. Friese got some help from Brinlie Durbin and her 20 assists. Kenzie Thompson controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.

Windsor/Stewardson-Strasburg's loss dropped their record down to 22-10. As for St. Anthony, the win was the eighth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 26-5.

Windsor/Stewardson-Strasburg didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-1 victory against Newton on the 20th. St. Anthony has also already played their next contest (against Richland County), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
