Baseball Recap: Doral Academy Red Rock Victorious

Doral Academy Red Rock lost to Cimarron-Memorial back in March of 2024, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Tuesday. The Doral Academy Red Rock Dragons came out on top against the Cimarron-Memorial Spartans by a score of 10-6. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Dragons.

Sebastian Zaman and Ethan Hong did most of the damage at the plate: Zaman scored two runs and stole Two bases. while getting on base in three of his four plate appearances, while Hong scored two runs and stole Two bases. while going 2-for-4. Keagan Gartner was another key player, scoring two runs and stealing a base while going 1-for-4.

Doral Academy Red Rock's victory bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Cimarron-Memorial, they are on an eight-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-4.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Doral Academy Red Rock will welcome Desert Pines at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Cimarron-Memorial, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Eldorado at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
