Smith Center won the last time they faced Superior, and Mason Enochs did his part to make sure it happened again. The Smith Center Redmen took down the Superior Wildcats 59-41 on Monday thanks in part to Enochs, who dropped a double-double with 20 points and ten rebounds. The game was his third in a row with at least 18 points.

The team also got some help courtesy of Brant Wilson, who posted eight points. The dominant performance also gave him a new career-high in three-point shooting accuracy (67%).

Despite the loss, Superior still got an impressive performance from Dayne Clark, who went 6-for-14 to rack up 16 points and eight boards. Another player making a difference was Mason Korb, who earned five points and eight rebounds.

Smith Center's win bumped their record up to 5-11. As for Superior, they dropped their record down to 1-19 with the defeat, which was their ninth straight on the road.

Smith Center wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 60-48 loss against Norton on the 14th. As for Superior, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 54-47 defeat against Lawrence-Nelson on the 14th.
