On Thursday, the Stanton Vikings came up short against the Shenandoah Mustangs and fell 59-48. The Vikings have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Stanton now has a losing record at 4-5. As for Shenandoah, their victory bumped their record up to 5-6.

Stanton won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Essex at 7:15 p.m. on Friday. As for Shenandoah, they will also get right back to it: they'll face off against Clarinda at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
