Volleyball Recap: Roycemore Starts Season with Loss on the Road

Roycemore had to start their season on the road on Wednesday, and it wasn't the start they were hoping for. They fell 2-0 to the Christian Heritage Academy Lions. Sadly, the loss continues a streak the team started last season, making it eight in a row.

The match finished with set scores of 25-3, 25-6.

Christian Heritage Academy's victory was their fourth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 2-0.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Roycemore is set to square off against their familiar foe Horizon Science Academy McKinley Park at 5:00 p.m. on September 12. Meanwhile, Christian Heritage Academy will take on rival Intrinsic Charter School Downtown Campus at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
