Volleyball Game Preview: Port Allen Pelicans vs. Collegiate

The Port Allen Pelicans will head out on the road to square off against Collegiate at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Port Allen is coming into the contest on a three-game losing streak.

Port Allen lost 3-0 to Catholic of Pointe Coupee on Monday.

Meanwhile, Collegiate didn't have quite enough to beat North Iberville on Thursday and fell 3-2. The loss continues a trend for Collegiate in their meetings with North Iberville: they've now lost three in a row.

Collegiate's defeat dropped their record down to 4-2. As for Port Allen, their loss dropped their record down to 2-9.

Port Allen took their victory against Collegiate in their previous meeting back in October of 2024 by a conclusive 3-0 score. Will the Pelicans repeat their success, or do Collegiate have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
