Republic typically has all the answers at home, but on Monday Kickapoo proved too difficult a challenge. They came out on top against the Republic Tigers by a score of 44-36. The 44-point effort marked the Chiefs' lowest-scoring game of the season, but in the end it didn't matter.

Kickapoo is on a roll lately: they've won 13 of their last 14 matches, which provided a nice bump to their 16-3 record this season. As for Republic, their defeat dropped their record down to 14-9.
