Thomas Salter gave up the fewest walks he has since back in March on Tuesday. As a matter of fact, he produced his best game of the campaign: he didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only one hit while striking out seven over seven innings pitched. He also tossed no earned runs, which is notable because JW North is 3-1 when he allows at most one earned run, but 0-12-1 otherwise.

Salter's strong effort led JW North over Heritage and he'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 3:15 p.m. on Thursday.
