Basketball Game Preview: Hall Red Devils vs. Princeton Tigers

The Hall Red Devils will venture away from home to challenge the Princeton Tigers at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The squads are rolling into the game with opposing streaks: Hall has struggled recently with six defeats in a row, while Princeton will arrive with five straight wins.

On Tuesday, Hall was beaten by Riverdale 69-41.

Fans were treated to a Battle of the Tigers on Saturday. Princeton narrowly escaped with a victory as the team sidled past Byron 53-51. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win Princeton has posted since February 23, 2024.

Princeton's victory bumped their record up to 14-12. As for Hall, their loss dropped their record down to 11-14.

Hall was able to grind out a solid win over Princeton in their previous meeting back in January, winning 62-54. The rematch might be a little tougher for Hall since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
