Basketball Recap: Classical's Loss Ends Ten-Game Winning Streak at Home

Classical has been a dominant force so far, but they're in the middle of a mini-slump at the moment. They were outmatched by the Moundridge Wildcats and fell 58-28. The match marked the Saints' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Several Saints players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Mack Dolloff, who posted seven points and eight rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Abe Black, who earned eight points.

Classical's loss ended a ten-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 6-3. As for Moundridge, the win keeps them at an undefeated 9-0.

Classical will venture away from home to take on Berean Academy at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Classical is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 52 points per game this season. Moundridge has already played their next contest (against Riley County), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
