Volleyball Game Preview: Davenport Gorillas vs. Northwest Christian School Crusaders

Davenport has won four straight games at home, while Northwest Christian School has won four straight on the road, but those streaks won't matter much on Tuesday. The Gorillas will welcome the Crusaders at 6:30 p.m. Both come into the match bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Davenport had to skate by with only a one-set margin when they last took the court, which might have inspired the three-set drubbing they dealt St. George's on Tuesday. The Gorillas put the hurt on the Dragons with a sharp 3-0 victory.

Meanwhile, Northwest Christian School was able to grind out a solid win over Reardan on Thursday, taking the game 3-1.

Davenport's victory bumped their record up to 8-2. As for Northwest Christian School, their win bumped their record up to 9-1.
