Baseball Recap: Forest Takes a Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Forest can now relate to. They lost 13-3 to the Greene County Wildcats on Friday. The Bearcats' loss continues a trend for the team, making it eight in a row.

Forest saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Chandler Perkins, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with one RBI.

Forest's record now sits at 6-20. As for Greene County, their win bumped their record up to 19-11.

While Forest had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday.
