Volleyball Game Preview: Palo Verde Panthers vs. Arbor View Aggies

The Palo Verde Panthers will square off against the Arbor View Aggies at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.

Palo Verde is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another highly-ranked state team: West Ranch, who was ranked 23rd in their home state at the time (Palo Verde was ranked third). The Panthers took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Wildcats on Friday. The Panthers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Arbor View not only won on Wednesday, but they posted their biggest win since April 1st (when they won 3-0). They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over Silverado. The Aggies haven't had any issues with the Skyhawks recently, as the game was their ninth consecutive victory against them.

The match finished with set scores of 25-16, 25-21, 25-20.

Palo Verde's loss dropped their record down to 9-6. As for Arbor View, their win bumped their record up to 17-15.
