After flying high against the Munford Lions last Thursday, the Sylacauga Aggies came back down to earth. Sylacauga suffered a rough 3-0 defeat at the hands of Lincoln on Friday. It was the first time this season that Sylacauga let down their fans at home.
Sylacauga's loss ended a four-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 5-2. As for Lincoln, the win (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 9-3.
Sylacauga will look to defend their home pitch on Tuesday against Beauregard at 5:30 p.m. As for Lincoln, they will head out on the road to face off against St. Clair County at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
