Volleyball Recap: Lopez Takes a Loss

Lopez was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their seventh straight loss dating back to last season. They fell 2-0 to the Tyee Titans.

Tyee was led to victory by Soledad Tolentino and Kabira Prim. Tolentino had seven aces and seven assists, while Prim had four digs and three aces. Those three aces gave Prim a new career-high.

Lopez's defeat dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Tyee, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 5-3-1.

Lopez has already played their next contest, a 3-0 victory against Tulalip Heritage on the 29th. Tyee has also already played their next matchup (against Evergreen), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
