Baseball Preview: Aztec Tigers vs. Gallup Bengals        
        
		
            
 Aztec has enjoyed a four-game homestand but will soon have to dust off their road jerseys. They will  challenge the Gallup Bengals at 3:00  p.m.  on Tuesday. Aztec is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 9.2  runs per game  this season.
 Things were looking good for Aztec after they put the first points on the board on Thursday, but unfortunately for them things went downhill from there. They fell  9-5 to Bloomfield. Aztec has not had much luck with Bloomfield recently, as the team's come up short the last two times they've met.
 Aztec saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was  Kaleb Thornburg, who  scored a  run while going 2-for-3.
 Meanwhile, Gallup was not able to break out of their rough patch  on Thursday as the team picked up their fourth straight  defeat. They lost  15-2 to Miyamura.
 Aztec's loss  ended  a  six-game streak of wins at home  and  dropped them to 16-8. As for Gallup, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-18.
 Everything went Aztec's way against Gallup in their previous matchup  last Thursday as Aztec made off with  a  13-3 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for Aztec since the  team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
