Football Recap: Bonita Bearcats vs. Kaiser Cats        
        
		
             Bonita won against San Dimas  last Friday with 47  points and they decided to stick to that  point total again  on Friday. The Bonita Bearcats took their  game on the road  with ease, bagging  a  47-0 win over the Kaiser Cats. Considering the Bearcats have won four matchups by more than 19  points this season, Friday's  blowout was nothing new.
 Bonita's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was   Drew Apodaca, who rushed for 74 yards and a touchdown on only seven carries, and also caught a touchdown. The dominant performance gave  Apodaca a new career-high in  rushing yards. Another passer making a difference was  Travis Lippert, who threw for 115 yards and three touchdowns on only eight passes.
 The  win for Bonita keeps them at an undefeated 5-0. As for Kaiser,  they are  on  a  six-game losing streak  (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-5.
 Bonita will have plenty of time to enjoy the  victory as they don't play again for a while. They'll take on Glendora at 7:00  p.m.  on October 4th. As for Kaiser, they will have plenty of time to ponder what went wrong as they've got a bye scheduled next week. After, they'll take on Grand Terrace at 7:00  p.m.  on October 4th.
