What's going on with the recruitment Class of 2017 7-footer?

DeAndre Ayton may be the most lightly-recruited No. 1 prospect in the history of high school basketball.

Tagged the top player in the 2017 class by 247Sports, the 7-foot center is coming off a season where he reportedly averaged 29.2 points, 16.7 rebounds and 3.8 blocked shots per game for Hillcrest Academy (Phoenix, Ariz.).

The big time college offers must be rolling in, right?

Wrong.

Matt Norlander of CBSSports.com has the story on why Ayton's suitors are pretty much limited to Kansas at this point.
DeAndre Ayton averaged over 29 points and 16 rebounds per game as a junior at Hillcrest Academy in Arizona.
