Soccer Recap: Seminole Takes a Tough Playoff Loss

Seminole and Creekside squared off in some playoff action on Tuesday, but Seminole had to settle for second. They lost 3-0 to the Creekside Knights. While losing is never fun, the Seminoles can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Florida soccer rankings (they are ranked 95th, while the Knights are ranked 12th).

Seminole's defeat dropped their record down to 9-7-4. As for Creekside, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won nine of their last 11 contests, which provided a nice bump to their 15-2-3 record this season.

Seminole does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Creekside, they will take on West Orange at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
