Volleyball Recap: McHenry Takes a Loss

McHenry was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Eastland Cougars. The Warriors were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Cougars apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in October of 2024.

McHenry's defeat dropped their record down to 8-19. As for Eastland, they moved to 17-6 with that win, which also ended their three-match losing streak.

McHenry wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 2-0 loss against Dundee-Crown on the 11th. As for Eastland, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-0 defeat against Fremd on the 11th.
