Sanford put another one in the bag on Saturday to keep their perfect season alive. Everything went their way against the Trinidad Miners as they made off with a 3-0 victory. That's more bragging rights for the Mustangs, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Sanford was: they took every set by at least 12 points. The match finished with set scores of 25-13, 25-10, 25-11.

Claire Crowther paced Sanford's offense, picking up nine kills. Crowther got some help from Avery Koenig and her 17 assists. Crowther was also solid from the service line: she led the team with ten aces.

Sanford's win bumped their record up to 8-0. As for Trinidad, they dropped their record down to 3-7 with the defeat, which was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season.

Sanford wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 3-0 victory against Escalante on the 26th. As for Trinidad, they have also already played their next matchup, a 3-0 loss against Monte Vista on the 25th.
