Baseball Recap: Pangburn Has No Trouble Against Bald Knob

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Central Arkansas Christian, Pangburn was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. They put the hurt on the Bald Knob Bulldogs with a sharp 11-2 victory. The result was nothing new for the Tigers, who have now won four matchups by six runs or more so far this season.

Pangburn moved to 5-7 with that win, which also ended their three-game losing streak. As for Bald Knob, with the defeat, they broke their three-game winning streak and moved their record to 7-5.

Looking ahead, Pangburn will host Hazen at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Bald Knob, they will venture away from home to take on Rose Bud at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. The Bulldogs' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Ramblers have averaged an impressive 9.8 runs per game this season.
