Metlakatla picks up 11th straight win at home

The Metlakatla Chiefs had already won seven in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 30.6 points), and they went ahead and made it eight on Saturday. They put the hurt on Wrangell with a sharp 54-34 victory. Metlakatla has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won five matches by 20 points or more this season.

Among those leading the charge was Lexi Cook, who dropped a double-double on 12 points and 12 rebounds. That's the first time this season that she pulled down eight or more rebounds. Ryley Booth was another key contributor, scoring 16 points.
