Baseball Recap: North Salem Takes a Loss

North Salem lost against Milwaukie/Milwaukie Academy of the Arts last Thursday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Vikings lost 14-5 to the Mustangs. The Vikings have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

North Salem's defeat dropped their record down to 1-8. As for Milwaukie/Milwaukie Academy of the Arts, the victory (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 6-4.

Coming up, North Salem will head out to face off against Jefferson at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. The Vikings are facing the Democrats at the right time seeing as the Democrats are stuck on a five-game losing streak. As for Milwaukie/Milwaukie Academy of the Arts, they will square off against Wilsonville at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Mustangs are on a four-game streak of home wins, the Wildcats a five-game streak of away wins, meaning someone's leaving a streak behind.
