Baseball Recap: Wagner Takes a Loss

Wagner was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their eighth straight defeat dating back to last season. They fell 6-3 to the Lincoln Railsplitters. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Falcons of the 2-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in May of 2024.

Wagner's defeat dropped their record down to 0-7. As for Lincoln, they pushed their record up to 7-1 with the victory, which was their fifth straight on the road dating back to last season.

Coming up, Wagner will head out to square off against Grand Street Campus at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Lincoln, they will welcome Van Arsdale at 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
