Baseball Recap: Hillsboro Has No Trouble Against Eastern

While Hillsboro put up some runs on Tuesday, the same can't be said for Eastern. The Indians blew past the Warriors 7-0. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Indians.

Jeven Hochstuhl was excellent, getting on base in all three of his plate appearances with two stolen bases and one run. Another player making a difference was Walker Pence, who went 1-for-3 with one stolen base, two RBI, and one run.

Hillsboro's win bumped their record up to 7-12. As for Eastern, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 8-7.

Looking ahead, Hillsboro will face off against Goshen at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Eastern, they will take on North Adams at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
