Softball Recap: Paoli Takes a Loss

Paoli couldn't beat Perry Central on Monday even though they stacked four runs on them in the fourth inning. The Rams came up short against the Commodores, falling 19-5. The loss continues a trend for the Rams in their meetings with the Commodores: they've now lost seven in a row.

Kalyn Hannon was cooking despite her team's loss, going 1-for-3 with one stolen base, two RBI, and one run.

Paoli's defeat dropped their record down to 2-8. As for Perry Central, their victory was their first in the conference, bumping their conference record up to 1-2 and their overall record up to 5-6.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Paoli will host Springs Valley at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Perry Central, they will take on Cannelton at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
