Basketball Recap: Platte County Takes a Loss

Platte County was the 62-58 winner over Fort Osage when they last played one another last Friday, but their luck changed this time around. The Platte County Pirates fell 64-52 to the Fort Osage Indians on Tuesday.

Platte County has also been struggling recently as they've lost 11 of their last 14 matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 7-13 record this season. As for Fort Osage, they pushed their record up to 8-11 with the victory, which was their third straight on the road.

Platte County didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 74-67 win against Ruskin on the 7th. As for Fort Osage, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 52-49 loss against Grain Valley on the 7th.
