Soccer Game Preview: Pima vs. Willcox

For the second straight game, Pima will face off against Willcox. The Roughriders are taking a road trip to square off against the Cowboys at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Pima has given up an average of 2.6 goals per game this season, but Wednesday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Pima is coming in off a wild two-game stretch: after soaring to six goals on Tuesday, they were much more limited against Willcox on Wednesday. They lost 6-1 to the Cowboys. Surprisingly, this marked Pima's third straight game in which the away team has come away the victor.

The victory was the fifth in a row for Willcox, bringing their record up to 7-3-1. Those wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 28 goals over those five matchups. As for Pima, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-4 record this season.
