Basketball Recap: Bishop Kelley Falls Short of Durant in the Playoffs

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Bishop Kelley can now relate to. They fell to the Durant Lions 32-28. The match marked the Comets' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Bishop Kelley lost on Friday despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Caroline Rabb, who posted eight points. What's more, she also posted a 75% field goal percentage, which is the highest she's achieved since back in January. Anne Blankenship was another key player, putting up six points and eight rebounds.

Bishop Kelley's loss dropped their record down to 18-8. As for Durant, they are on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last nine games. That's provided a nice bump to their 18-8-1 record this season.
