Culpeper County is 9-1 against James Monroe since March of 2016 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Monday. The Blue Devils will head out to challenge the Yellow Jackets at 5:00 p.m. Culpeper County will be strutting in after a win while James Monroe will be coming in after a defeat.

Last Wednesday, Culpeper County narrowly escaped with a victory as the squad sidled past Courtland 4-3. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Blue Devils.

Meanwhile, James Monroe came up short against Courtland on Thursday, falling 13-3. The Yellow Jackets have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

James Monroe's loss dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Culpeper County, they now have a winning record of 5-4.

Culpeper County couldn't quite get it done against James Monroe when the teams last played back in May of 2024 as they fell 11-7. Can the Blue Devils avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
