Soccer Recap: Pembroke Hill Extends Winning Streak to Nine

While Pembroke Hill's victory against Kearney wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Raiders skirted past the Bulldogs 2-1. The final result isn't all the surprising considering Pembroke Hill's considerable advantage in MaxPreps' Missouri soccer rankings (they are ranked 12th, while Kearney are ranked 64th).

The win was the ninth in a row for Pembroke Hill, bringing their record up to 10-2. The victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 25 goals over those nine contests. As for Kearney, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 9-5.
