Basketball Recap: Fulton City Comes Up Short

Fulton City was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They lost 85-63 to the Christian Fellowship Eagles. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Eagles this season, with their most recent defeat being a 71-64 loss back in January.

Fulton City's defeat dropped their record down to 2-20. As for Christian Fellowship, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-15 record this season.

Fulton City will challenge Carlisle County at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. Carlisle County is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 57.2 points per game this season. As for Christian Fellowship, they will face off against Marshall County at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Christian Fellowship knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past 11 games -- so hopefully Marshall County likes a good challenge.
