Hermitage won the last time they faced Henrico and things went their way on Friday too. The Panthers blew past the Warriors 62-13. Given the Panthers' advantage in MaxPreps' Virginia football rankings (they are ranked 35th, while the Warriors are ranked 166th) , the win wasn't entirely unexpected.

Breon Bonner had an outrageously good game as he rushed for 142 yards and one touchdown on only six carries. The team also got some help courtesy of Myles Brooks, who threw for 84 yards and three TDs.

Hermitage didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Khalil Atkinson and Tison Brooks. Atkinson got in on the action too, converting a pick into a touchdown.
