Football Recap: Stanley Skates Past South Prairie/Max with Ease

Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Stanley). They simply couldn't be stopped on Friday as they easily beat South Prairie/Max 41-12. The high-scoring effort was just what the Blue Jays needed considering they were shut out in their previous contest.

Stanley's victory bumped their record up to 2-4. As for South Prairie/Max, they are on a seven-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-6.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Stanley is set to square off against their familiar foe Ray/Powers Lake on Friday. Meanwhile, South Prairie/Max will face off against rival Bishop Ryan on Friday.
