While Newark Catholic put up some runs on Saturday, the same can't be said for Willard. The Green Wave blew past the Crimson Flashes 10-0. The Green Wave might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 12 matches by six runs or more this season.

Newark Catholic pushed their record up to 14-9 with the win, which was their third straight on the road. The road victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 7.7 runs over those games. As for Willard, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-18.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Newark Catholic will host Cardington-Lincoln at 5:15 p.m. on Monday. As for Willard, they will welcome Clear Fork at 4:45 p.m. on Monday.
