If Klein was feeling good fresh off their 61-36 takedown of Klein Forest last Friday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Klein Bearkats fell to the Klein Collins Tigers 44-38. The Bearkats' defeat signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Klein Collins found their leader in sophomore A'Niyah Harmon, who posted 19 points. That makes it three consecutive games in which Harmon has scored at least a third of Klein Collins' points. The team also got some help courtesy of Alana Fontenot, who had five points and eight rebounds.

Klein's loss ended an eight-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 23-7. As for Klein Collins, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven games, which provided a nice bump to their 20-6 record this season.

Klein has already played their next matchup (against Tomball), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. A feisty cat fight is on tap when the Klein Collins Tigers duke it out with the Klein Oak Panthers at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Both teams are coming into the contest red-hot, with Klein Oak sitting on four straight victories and Klein Collins on five.
