Basketball Game Preview: Lewiston Tigers vs. Southern Raiders

Lewiston hasn't had much luck against Southern recently, but that could start to change on Tuesday. The Lewiston Tigers will host the Southern Raiders. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Lewiston saw some tournament action on Friday. They took a hard 40-23 fall against Sterling. The match marked the Tigers' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Meanwhile, Southern lost 69-43 to Johnson-Brock on Thursday. The defeat continues a trend for the Raiders in their matchups with the Eagles: they've now lost five in a row.

This is the second loss in a row for Lewiston and nudges their season record down to 7-9. As for Southern, they now have a losing record at 9-10.
