Football Recap: Deshawn Wilson Leads Muldrow's Defense on Friday

Muldrow entered their game against Idabel on Friday without any home losses, but there's a first time for everything. The Bulldogs fell 23-14 to the Warriors. The matchup marked the Bulldogs' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Although Muldrow took the loss, they still got scores from Kade Scott and Deshawn Wilson.

Muldrow didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. Wilson picked up that interception and then proceeded to rub salt in the wound by taking it back the other way for a touchdown. He got in on the action too, converting a pick into a touchdown.

Muldrow's defeat dropped their record down to 4-2. As for Idabel, the victory got them back to even at 3-3.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Muldrow will square off against rival Lincoln Christian at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Idabel is set to challenge their familiar foe Locust Grove at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
