Indianapolis Shortridge waltzed into their matchup on Tuesday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Christel House Eagles, sneaking past 63-60. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Blue Devils have posted since December 14, 2024.

Christel House lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Terrance Meredith, who went 5 of 7 to rack up 12 points and three steals. He is on a roll when it comes to steals, as he's now grabbed two or more in the last four games he's played. Pai'Re Loving was another key player, putting up 12 points and five boards.

Indianapolis Shortridge pushed their record up to 9-10 with the victory, which was their third straight at home. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 60.7 points over those games. As for Christel House, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost four of their last five contests, which has put a noticeable dent in their 13-8 record this season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Indianapolis Shortridge will square off against Purdue Polytechnic at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. Purdue Polytechnic is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 57.6 points per game this season. As for Christel House, they will challenge Lebanon at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. One thing working in Christel House's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last eight games.
