Wonewoc-Center waltzed into their match on Saturday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They came out on top against the Palmyra-Eagle Panthers by a score of 2-0.

Heidi Baker paced Wonewoc-Center's offense, picking up six kills. Baker got some help from Lily Riffey and her ten assists. Avery Miller controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

Wonewoc-Center's win bumped their record up to 5-2. As for Palmyra-Eagle, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-4 record this season.

Wonewoc-Center has already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against Fall River on the 6th. As for Palmyra-Eagle, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 2-0 defeat against Randolph on the 6th.
