Softball Recap: Canyon Takes a Loss

Canyon lost to Pacifica two weeks ago and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Comanches fell 4-1 to the Mariners. The Comanches have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Canyon's loss dropped their record down to 8-4. As for Pacifica, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-5 record this season.

Canyon will welcome Segerstrom at 3:15 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Pacifica, they will head out on the road to face off against La Habra at 3:15 p.m. on Tuesday. The Mariners' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Highlanders have averaged an impressive 6.4 runs per game this season.
